Robbie and Luke were super-easy to deal with. They clearly understood the local market and how our property was positioned in terms of achievable sale price and timeframe - both of which exceeded our expectations. Their guidance with regards to how we should best prepare the home for sale was exactly what we felt was best too - it was comforting to see that our views on what we should do were aligned in this way. Furthermore, as we were located 3 hours from the property, their "whole of team" approach to supporting us as we prepared the home for sale was invaluable. We relied on them in various (sometimes unexpected) ways and nothing was too much trouble. They also took the initiative at times in ways that we hadn't anticipated but were very thoughtful and helpful. We trusted them to act in our best interests and they delivered in full! Overall, we are deeply grateful that we chose such a professional crew to manage our sale, and wouldn't hesitate to list with the team at Belle Property North Richmond again.
