Initially met Brad at a home open and found his manner in dealing with buyers when fielding questions about the home was excellent. He worked hard for the seller, great negotiator and we respected that. Then after engaging Brad to sell our property, we met Veljko who was part of the team. After the initial home opens and negotiating he continued the work of the sale / settlement phase of selling our property. We found Veljko extremely easy to communicate with, always happy and always on hand to answer questions. He strived to take the stress out of the selling for us which we were very grateful for. Together the guys were great to deal with and we would recommend them in the future.

This was not a simple sale for me. With the help of Kylie Atkinson, I was able to plan what had to be done to get the property ready to go on the market. When I was lost with what I should do about removal of junk and personal things I only had to ring Kylie, leave a message if she was busy, Kylie always got back to me with ideas and answers to my problems. Although I'm not incapable, sometimes the sheer magnitude of things that had to be done was made easy with the help of the staff from Bell Property Whether it was gas and electricity supply, replacement of blinds and carpets, heavy cleaning, additional painting, locksmiths, or just general information on the selling process, I always received good advice from Kylie, Glenn and other members of the staff. All the services/trades recommended to me, were the best, Kylie had them organized and work completed in the shortest time with the best outcome, I was really impressed with that efficiency I am extremely satisfied with the service and outcome of the sale, and eagerness of the people associated with my little sale. Reassuring and helpful. Recently the previous tenant decided to break a newly-signed tenancy lease agreement. Ana (Obradovic ) broke the news and provided us with a thorough rundown of all the consequences and remedial steps to secure a new tenancy. We were surprised by the complicated nature of the whole process , and for the first time realised the level of technical and professional expertise required , and which Ana exercised in guiding us through this period. In the end , we are grateful to the whole Management Team in expeditiously achieving a good and relatively stress free outcome : a good tenant moving in within a week of vacancy.

I just wanted to extend the biggest appreciation for how quick Shelby responded to a broken glass balcony panel yesterday when I rang to report it. As well as a huge thank you to the owner of the property for his immediate response to get it fixed. Within 10 minutes of speaking to Shelby she had rang and received verbal approval from the owner, rang Prompt Glass to organise the repair/replacement glass and also rang me back to advise what was happening. It was such an amazing experience. Just perfect!

Brad did a fantastic job in selling our unit in Fremantle. He was very open and honest in his communication and approach and didn't try to oversell what was possible. Walked us through every phase of the sale and managed the process well, particular with the tenant we had in the unit at the time. Once we had offers on the table Brad was very proactive in engaging the buyers working through the weekend to get a result that far exceeded anything we had expected. Overall experience couldn't have been better.

Harry is a good salesman who promptly answered all the questions and put an effort to find the answers for all of them. Also he recorded a video walk-thru of the property and sent it for review as I had to do it remotely. He did not push me for a decision and kept me posted what was happening in the back ground. Also he helped me recommending people I could use for the selling process as well as renting process. Above all I felt him as a friend and a genuine person which is rare to find in the property sales market. Thanks Harry!

Thank You Brad & Team @ Acton Belle Property To begin with i first came in contact with Brad requesting inspection followed by Contract documentation; i must say Brad and his team are very responsive. We were buyers from the NT with our son being on ground to handle matters on our behalf; having said that Brad was left no stone un turned to revert back despite of the time difference and after hours messages. He has professionaly handled this deal and guide us thru the process of buying property in WA as the bidding process have significant differences between both states. He also intoduced to settlement agents by communicating and getting us Quotes to compare. I must say we had a wonderful experience without any doubts; Brad and his Team at Belle Property are highly recommended.
