I was contacted by Luke after doing a comparison search of commissions for agents in my area. I was under a lot of emotional and financial stress and I was told about sales funder which helps with the cost of marketing.
I arranged for Luje to come to my property, although I didn't get the price I wanted and it was below the estimated price, everything was accomplished and completed. The conveyancer was also very helpful.
I would contact Luke again if I was in the Hawkesbury region.

James and his team were honest with their appraisal and highlighted areas to improve the selling price. Their strategy for the sale was to ensure the best price for the property and although the property did not sell at auction, there was no concern that it would not sell! They simple moved onto the next phase of the plan.
Negotiations were intense at times but always tilted towards obtaining the best price.
James and Jade were easy to communicate with, available at any time, returned all correspondence promptly and no problem was too small to discuss.
