Elliot has made this process very smooth and comfortable for us , for a decision which is as big as selling your first family home . Him and his team including Sarah and Byron whom we also dealt with many times literally held our hand through all stages of this including well before we even decided to formally sell and was still more then willing to provide answers to our many many questions (not even sure if we would sell ). The key however is through his transparent approach there was and is a real level of trust we had during the entire process . Everything said was delivered upon and never a pushy sales approach. The Belle Property team at Everton Park were a pleasure to buy my home from. Both Elliott and Byron were very approachable and handled questions with professionalism and escalated requests with urgency. Elliott managed seller requests with discretion and whilst I didn't always get the outcome from the Vendor that I had hoped for, Elliott was able to provide helpful context to their decision and establish trust. The team clearly have a 'can do' attitude. I wouldn't have bid for the home at auction, had Byron not given me an impromptu tour of the house. By coincidence, Byron happened to be visiting the property during my first drive by. Had he not offered to show me through after meeting on the front lawn, I would have likely driven on. I'd happily recommend the team to others looking to sell or purchase a home.

Elliott was a pleasure to deal with and left us to have a good look around the property with escorting / tailing / following us which was a pleasant change from more 'pestering' real estate agents. The sales process was relatively low pressure, which was refreshing. Best of all, Elliott seems like a genuinely nice guy which is relatively unheard of in the RE industry. During the settlement process I also required a rental appraisal, which Elliott's team promptly provided. He also followed up a few other minor aspects with the owners and I didn't need to chase him up for anything. Overall I was happy with all interactions with Belle Property.

Elliott was very professional, he puts the time in with you from the start to go over all the details of the contract, the strategy for the sale and marketing to make sure you are happy and can achieve the best outcome. He is very thorough with the details. He and his team were fantastic with the open homes, ensuring people were engaged and providing all the information on our house to attendees.
