Tom Scarpignato was incredible to deal with. We first met him around 5 years ago when we were looking to buy and although we never ended up buying one of his, he was a stand out in terms of how he nurtured buyers.

We are extremely grateful to Christian for selling our property in just 17 days at a price exceeding our expectations. From the very beginning, after talking to three different agents, we resolutely chose him because we trusted him. Regardless of the final selling price, we believed it would be the best reflection of the current market, as selling a property also depends on timing.
