Thanks to the amazing team at Acton Belle! It was extremely professional from start to finish. I loved that I didn’t feel rushed in the preparation stage (really important to me), that they clearly explained the rationale behind each recommendation, and that theirs is a thorough and tested process that I could trust. Chris is great and what he does and knows the areas he services well. He proposed an End of Date sale for our townhouse due to its unique qualities. The campaign was shorter than im used to but gave us multiple offers after the first weekend. Given some of the offers were around the price expectations we had I was ready to sell but Chris knew that other potential buyers he had spoken to were interested and had good budgets. We trusted the process and ended up getting us 30% over what we were expecting. We were thrilled. Chris also has a great team who keep you undated and are very responsive to any queries. Have used Chris twice now and would definitely engage him again if I had further property to sell in his areas.

The marketing strategy was excellent, the whole team was excellent (so hard working, well connected, switched on, helpful and responsive) and we felt you all went above and beyond from before you even had the listing, to after, not just with the specific deal either, but all sorts of associated questions and help we needed you for. We have already recommended you to a neighbour who you had appraised for (along with others) and would use you again. The price we got was very solid for our property and we were happy, and the service we received was outstanding. You all work harder and smarter than anyone and truly cared about getting us the best results. If I had to be super picky I would say as someone who loves detail and information to feel less stressed, I would have liked more insight earlier on in the campaign as to what was happening proactively, but it was not lacking, and certainly was more than I know other agents do. We are super happy and very thankful for everything you all did.
