Persistent knowledgeable, and communicative. Andrew helped us to prepare the house with good advice. He scouted around for clients and arranged the open houses specifically. We called him early after on accasion - but he always called us promptly when he had updates on responses.
The auction produced a disappointing result (only one bidder), but his advice afterwards was beneficial, and he went straight back to the sales process. Open house 2 days later, and people showed up out of as well. As a result, 2 offers - and an unconditional offer.

The best agents in Point Clare. When we bought our property through Andrew and Lachlan years back we had a great experience as buyers. There was always great communication and they clearly knew the local market well.

Unlike some others who play games with listing prices and the like, we have found Andrew to be helpful, open and trustworthy. Cathy was of a high level quality agent, very professional. However, another agent made a big mistake and did reflect poorly on Belle Property. The after sale, before settlement, service wasn’t great.. I understand all Real Estates have some issues and nothing is perfect. On that note, I do think Belle Property went through everything they could to get my house sold and I am happy with the result. Again Cathy and also Laura were outstanding.

He was always quick to get in touch when a house came up that he thought would be of interest and, importantly, spent time talking to us to find out more about the kind of place we were looking for. From the first inspection right through to the auction of the property that we bought, he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond to our queries. We bid for the house at an online auction, something we had never come across before.
