Cathy was of a high level quality agent, very professional. However, another agent made a big mistake and did reflect poorly on Belle Property. The after sale, before settlement, service wasn’t great.. I understand all Real Estates have some issues and nothing is perfect. On that note, I do think Belle Property went through everything they could to get my house sold and I am happy with the result. Again Cathy and also Laura were outstanding.

Sarah West is, undoubtedly, an absolute gun. This tenancy has been riddled with difficulties from the property owners - including a short circuited light switch, intentions to sell the property/inspections without notice prior to our moving in, to glaringly inappropriate conduct from the property owners chosen real estate agent, to even a suspected rodent infestation - and Sarah has been our rock through all of it. Every single problem thrown in Sarah’s court has been efficiently and gracefully solved. On face value our property should have been an easy sale given its prime waterfront location. Having said that we did initially list at the lowest ebb of the property market in a regional setting, so there were factors working against us. When some serious structural issues were unearthed in the course of obtaining the builder's report, the challenge to sell took on a whole new, worrying perspective. Simon and Laura were an absolute godsend for us - they helped us to navigate this difficult journey with optimism and humour, both of which were invaluable traits over the course of the sale. Their communication was clear and nothing was too big an ask from them.

We appeared to be dealing with a difficult seller, who was reluctant to provide information we were asking for hence the problem in communication. He was always quick to get in touch when a house came up that he thought would be of interest and, importantly, spent time talking to us to find out more about the kind of place we were looking for. From the first inspection right through to the auction of the property that we bought, he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond to our queries.
