I was very satisfied with Catriona's handling of this sale. While she was acting for the vendor rather than me (the buyer), I felt like she answered my questions fairly and honestly. She was very transparent about the process, including her approach to determining a fair price for the property, the way competing offers would be handled, and the steps to be followed during the cooling off period. She responded to all my emails and texts on time, attended the property whenever required, and talked through all the issues I raised. I recommend her highly to any prospective Blue Mountains vendor.

Cat was so much help for me throughout the entire process. She gave good advice on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale, and then talked me through how a recommended price range is arrived at. She also helped me to understand the value of an auction when the "unquantifiable" aspects such as a Mountains view are part of the package. My whole experience with Cat was positive in the extreme.

Selling your home is stressful for sure. That is why you need an agent you can rely on. And out of a field of strong contenders, Catriona Swan from Belle Property Leura stood out. Her knowledge and extensive experience in the Blue Mountains market is outstanding. From the first meeting, we found Catriona's vision and helpful attitude inspiring. Throughout a process that was delayed by months (due to us) was no problem. No hard-sell or imposing questions - only an ongoing helpful and 'nothing too difficult' attitude. When it was time to sell, the photo session really was extraordinary. Both Catriona and the photographer went to great lengths to help stage and present our home in the best possible way. Unhurried, helpful, and great explanation of the process. It was a day that rather than being stressful was enjoyable and we felt really good afterwards. When we got the photos to approve it looked like a magazine shoot! Stunning! Our first open house was the proof with our neighbours informing us of the traffic jam in the street it created. We eventually sold at the listed price after this first showing - however it could be said that it was a relatively complicated cooling off period. The pressure was quite intense at times due to circumstances that can happen when both parties are making very important life decisions. The way it was handled by Catriona between all parties was again outstanding. We were never left wondering. Great feedback, great suggestions, and a gifted way of putting our nerves at ease. She was always available to ease our anxiety and mediate between the parties involved until a great conclusion was reached for all. I could keep going on but I will finish by saying, if you want an agent with everybody's best interests at heart, always available (incredible work ethic) who will ensure you get the best price for your home, then Catriona Swan is the agent for you.
