These times are incredibly hard and people are unsure about buying property especially with interest rates on the rise and many other contributing factors.
We didn’t sell at auction but within one day she sold the property, and above what I was asking. Boom 💥 Boom 💥 I was blown away with the end result.
Overall, I am extremely happy.
I’m a difficult client, i’m old, grumpy and disagreeable and want perfection and this lady moved mountains and made everything happen.
I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough.
I’m the first person to give negative feedback or criticism where it’s needed, and I find myself singing her praises.

I can’t fault her. I give her 20 out of 10 if that’s possible or such a thing.
Finally, I would never write a review under any circumstances but her professionalism, attitude, interpersonal skills, communication skills made such a difference without being too corporate orientated, overall she made the whole thing easy and relaxed.. Clearly, I’m still very happy, I’d go so far as to say vote Lauren as prime minister that’s how happy I am. Thank you very much to the Belle team.

I purchased a two-bedroom apartment in South Yarra and had the pleasure of working with Lewis Persano. From the very beginning, he was transparent, professional, welcoming and genuinely helpful.
Lewis consistently answered all my questions thoroughly, and whenever there was something he didn’t have an immediate answer to, he followed up quickly. Communication was always smooth, and he was flexible with inspection times, which made the entire process convenient and stress-free.
One moment that really stood out for me was when we needed the electricity to be on for the final inspection. He went to the property early morning to double-check everything, only to find that the power hadn’t been temporarily connected. Thanks to his initiative, I avoided attending an inspection that couldn’t proceed, which I found incredibly considerate of him.
Lewis also assisted me in securing a good price on the property in my dream suburb, and I truly felt supported throughout the negotiation process.
On a personal note, Lewis has a positive, happy spirit and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m very grateful for his assistance and would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase property.

I talked to many REAs over the course of two months, Ally was always the one that responded the fastest to any of my question or request. She was always very professional but also personable, and an absolute joy to do talk to. There are many miserable REAs out there (I've met some who looked like they'd rather be anywhere but the inspection), Ally was just leagues above them.

There was quite a compressed time frame to get critical renovations done and then market the property. Also a shorter than usual settlement time was required, also needing to be taken into consideration.
