I responded to a mail box flyer and I am very glad I did. Our Agent Stu Hamill followed up my request for advice very promptly and was so helpful to us getting the most out of our sale. He kept in touch and offered really useful advice allowing us to get sale ready before we went to market and facilitated open house inspections more than we expected. He predicted the outcome and we sold at Auction after a short sharp three week campaign. I highly recommend Stu and the team at Belle Property Canberra.
