Both Kaine and Bec were extremely proactive and helpful in assisting with property inspection and follow up communication. We both really appreciated the phone call from Kaine on the day of the property going unconditional… a really thoughtful gesture. My only feedback is the day of settlement was a bit disappointing, it was an exciting and special day for my partner and I, and to have our final interaction with the business being a receptionist simply pushing a bottle of wine across the front desk and saying ‘happy moving’ wasn’t the spectacular close that we both were hoping for on that day. Overall a very positive experience, just felt really flat at the end…

It was an emotional decision to sell my house after 24 years of ownership, and I chose Vanessa Robinson from Belle Cairns for the job. Vanessa is very professional and experienced sales agent and has a thorough understanding of the Cairns housing market and in particular the Edge Hill area. She has her finger on the pulse and partnered with her creative resolve presented a solid marketing campaign that worked well. Joel Cuman is a very professional and experienced real estate agent with exceptional knowledge of the area he deals within. Joel was not overbearing and offered sound advice from his local knowledge. He would make suggestions on the marketing program that should be taken but would also consider the sellers views as well. The "video walk through" is a must for anyone trying to sell the property to a wider audience than just the local market in Cairns/Palm Cove and is well worth the investment. Joel kept me up to date on the sale process with weekly updates via realestate dotcom , Belle and Domaine websites as well as regular phone calls and Joel would also provide feedback from any openhouses that were undertaken. I have no hesitation in recommending Joel Cuman to any potential seller in the Palm Cove and Northern Beaches areas. Joel also has vaulable knowledge of many Strata Title Complexes in the area as well.

Vanessa was one of the friendliest and most professional sales agents we have come across in Cairns in the last 4 or so months after looking at a large number of properties!
