We were given suggestions on how to best present the property before it went on the market and then we were kept informed via the what’s app group created for the sale on how the property was performing , number of people attending the open house on Saturday’s and the given any feedback by those that came to the open house. Even tho Belle was quite a distance away from us we felt totally connected to them during the sale of the townhouse.

Braden is quite simply in a league of his own. I was a real estate agent for over 20 years and have met many sales agents in my time. What I know from this experience is that there is a huge difference between a good real estate agent and a great real estate agent. It can also be very difficult to work out which is which when they pitch for your business at the beginning, as they may appear very similar. Not with Braden. Braden stood out as being a great real estate agent, through his exceptional market knowledge, professionalism, superior negotiation skills and his willingness to go above & beyond for our family, thus ensuring we received a result that exceeded every expectation we held.
