Our other investment property is in another city, and is no longer being rented. Our initial experience with Lyn was exceptional! She was very professional and respectful of us and our property. We're just concerned that the ongoing care for our property is not happening as shown by the knee high weeds growing down the left side of the property and the lawns being overgrown. We've always taken pride in the appearance of our property. We don't want our property to look like a neglected rental!

I had a great experience with renting through Acton Belle. Their checks were super thorough, and I feel so lucky to be able to rent the property. We had one issue moving in, but after messaging they sent the right people to sort it asap and had great communication without. The systems that they have in place make it really simple to keep up to date with any maintenance or updates - would highly recommend renting through them!

When our brand-new home first available for rent, we called few property agents in the town and after meeting all of the agents we have selected The Action Southwest because the first minute we met Lyn Perks, the property manager/owner, we knew she is the right one to manage our property.
