I was really impressed with the level Shontelle has researched the local property and past & present sales so we just had a very good grasp on the value and what to ask. She’s very personable, very respectful. And I just felt that she was quite thorough and professional and hungry which is for us at this point in time, we need someone who is very keen to make this happen. I think her strategy worked and it works well and it was quick and painless. There's not a thing that went wrong. Like I was impressed with her overall. She did those little over and above things which was so appreciated.
