From the very first phone call right through the entire sale process, Blasi has displayed high quality personal and professional skills in all areas of communication. Blasi kept me positive when I was becoming "slightly" stressed. After every OFI Blasi would ring, on that day, to give me feedback. Whenever I rang Blasi, I was given time of day. Blasi answered all my questions no matter how complex or simple. I never felt I was wasting her time.
