As a buyer from interstate & not being able to physically be present for the whole purchasing process, there is potential for many problems to arise. This was not the case with Bev. Bev facilitated a remote inspection, was communicating with us regularly and provided information and guidance in a very timely fashion. Above all Bev was very honest and transparent which made our purchase a stress free and enjoyable experience. Bev Heyman was excellent. She got the deal done it wasn’t an easy house to sell . We thought the price may be higher but it appears prices have dropped in the area . So under the circumstances it was a good deal . She also made a concession for the agents commission so all in all a fair deal was done . I think Bev is a good agent and we got to know her well . She’s very good at negotiating.
