Adrian was very quick to react to our query and made time to visit us at the property on the same day. He had a good knowledge of sale prices of similar nearby properties and we were able to set a target price quite quickly. We were happy with how quickly the sales procedure progressed with online and on-site advertising. Brett did an excellent job. Although he was "working" for the vendor he had our (the purchaser) interest at heart as well. I know that a sale is at risk if both sides aren't worked but he did it with ease maintaining the dialogue right through.
