We previously had a dreadful experience attempting to sell our family home which was a deceased estate in 2022. Ben came highly recommend by friends whom have bought and sold several times through him. We needed someone we could trust to do the right thing by us and not the purchaser. We found him to be honest, forthcoming and full of integrity which enabled him to communicate well with us during the process. I feel a deceased estate property sale has a very emotional connection and they were running high during the lead up to the campaign, Ben did his utmost to re-assure us along the way with regular contact helping to ease those emotions. Ben was fabulous with our recent sale. He went above and beyond to make sure we were kept informed on a daily basis. We used Ben this time to sell our property as we have know him for more than 30 years as we have navigated eastern suburbs real estate over the years. We bought the property initially from Ben and it was a no brainer for us to use him to sell. He also looked afer the apartment when it was being rented when we were offshore. Our experience is selling Fern st was seamless. The communication was excellent - I was involved every step of the way but there was very little I needed to actually do!! Ben sold our unit 24 years ago and helped us purchase our current house - and I had complete trust in him - so of course asked him to see this property in 2021. I would recommended him to anyone - he is exactly what you want from a real estate agent - professional, trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable with years of experience in all sorts of sales in the eastern suburbs. 10 out of 10 from us.
