Angela was excellent, we didn’t know much about Clunes and weren’t set on any particular area for our long awaited tree change, we drove nearly 2 hours to look at a property that wasn’t for us, Angela acknowledged this and helped us work through what we were looking for and even though our brief was a little tricky (small house with land, anywhere) she took us through several opens that met the brief, she also provided us with things to look at and recommendations of local services and was extremely helpful in finding the perfect home for us. Now we’re moving to Clunes! My wife and I have had a very positive experience with Angela. She has a wonderful, honest, warm personality and was genuinely interested in helping us with our property purchase. She is a terrific communicator, was prompt and efficient in her replies and handled the sale process superbly. For example, she assisted us with our pre-purchase inspection, providing a range of contacts to undertake the job and granting site access in a timely fashion. Liaising with her to coordinate the inspection could not have been easier. This was critical as it enabled us to submit a bid with knowledge of the property we intended to purchase. Ange managed the recent sale of our house very efficiently and kept us up to date throughout. Her acumen for timing of action is excellent and was a key to building interest, getting the price we wanted and working with the tenants availability. She did a thorough tour during the marketing set up and always complimented our home to us so we knew that she understood its features and would convey those selling points to potential buyers. The only thing I was surprised about was her low initial valuation of the property - nonetheless, she willingly marketed on the price we decided on and we did not have to compromise.
