Adrian was very quick to react to our query and made time to visit us at the property on the same day. He had a good knowledge of sale prices of similar nearby properties and we were able to set a target price quite quickly. We were happy with how quickly the sales procedure progressed with online and on-site advertising. We were very pleased that were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale and any questions we had were answered immediately. The property sold quickly so that was the icing on the cake!

We were happy with communication from agaent up until sold. Then did not hear from them or get the opportunity for agent to be there to put sold sticker on sign. He told me to pick up sicker and put it on sign for our personal photos and then remove sold sticker again

Adrian Robinson is an extremely experienced agent and his guidance was greatly appreciated. Calls were answered promptly and he exercised empathy to do with the usual anxieties vendors experience with patience and good humour and at the same time he represented the needs of the purchasers very fairly and I would certainly recommend him to both parties in a sale.
