Sharla Spiby.

Sharla Spiby brings a bubbly personality, a love of people and five years of real estate experience to the property management team at Belle Property East Maitland. A proud East Maitland local who has called the area home for the past 10 years, Sharla knows exactly what makes this community tick - friendly faces, a sense of connection, and the convenience of having shops, a major wine region and everything in between within easy reach.

Naturally happy, fun-loving and full of energy, Sharla thrives on the busy pace of property management and the constant interaction that comes with it. Her career has also taken her outside real estate, spending three years running her own florist business, an experience that sharpened her people skills and gave her a strong understanding of what it takes to run a business, stay organised and keep customers happy. She brings that same enthusiasm and personal touch to her role, with an unwavering love of meeting people and making their experience a positive one.

Sharla chose Belle Property East Maitland for its friendly team, good-humoured culture and the people behind the brand. After five years in real estate, she has found a workplace where her personality fits as naturally as her professional skills. For landlords and tenants looking for a property manager who brings reliability, warmth and a down-to-earth approach to the job, Sharla is ready to make herself known.
