Nathan works mostly with investors and developers. Since his early 20s, he’s been building his own investment property portfolio so he has a clear understanding of what can cause owners frustration. Then in 2005, as Parramatta started to see significant structural investment, he became involved with multiple development sites, from commercial to residential, giving him an in-depth understanding of the entire project marketing process.

Over his years of working in project sales, Nathan has experienced the whole building cycle, from planning right through to sales and settlement. He’s mastered feasibility studies, valuations, the development application process, and contract administration – in fact, all facets of property development.
