Mahender Koli is one great agent, definitely worthy of recommendation & praise! He just does not sell houses just to get a profit/a commission but rather he goes the extra mile. He establishes rapport with his clients, and gives pieces of advice as well. He is polite and you can get in touch with him anytime. He’s the only agent so far that I have personally met who went above his job description I guess & not just thinking about commissions. Furthermore, he even connected me to a reliable broker, and he also gave other people who can help me with everything related to buying a property (i.e building & pest inspector, handyman, conveyancer, etc.) which to me is really of great help coz of my busy schedules at work. He may be the seller’s agent but he also does look after his clients with great service, respect and communication. Maraming Salamat Mahender!!! I found Blair by researching recent sales in my neighbourhood — her results consistently stood out with strong sale prices. I gave her a call and within two hours she was at my house.

We bought the house through Brett so when it came time to sell he was our go to, unfortunately he had to take time off so Ella took over. Within a week of our first open home Ella had negotiated with a buyer for over our asking price. She kept us informed of every process sometimes informing us that our Solicitor was being tardy in returning documentation to us. This information proved invaluable. I felt that Ella was working for us all the time, returning my calls promptly and answering my 'silly' questions, putting my mind at rest.
