TOP PERFORMERS AWARDED AT BELLE PROPERTY’S NIGHT OF NIGHTS.
The Star on Sydney Harbour lit up the night as the entire Belle Property network came together to celebrate the company’s incredible talent at the annual Belle of the Ball. The evening’s festivities was held at the end of Belle Property’s two-day conference ELEVATE – an annual event that delivers a line-up of keynote speakers and workshops that reflects Belle Property’s commitment to excellence and developing its people.
The awards that were given out at Belle of the Ball recognised the quality of customer service the network delivers across all facets of the business. Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, presented awards to the company’s top performers of 2015 in 13 categories, from sales to property management to support staff, as well as entire teams.
Taking the top awards of the evening was Belle Property Bondi Junction for No. 1 Office, Tim Foote from Belle Property Mosman for No. 1 Principal, and Jeremy Hodder from Belle Property Wollongong for No. 1 Agent.
“The most valuable thing about Belle of the Ball is seeing all of our offices comes together to support each other, and to see agents like Jeremy Hodder and offices progress from year to year,” says Daniel Gillespie, Principal of Belle Property Bondi Junction. “For us, winning No. 1 Office, is without a doubt, the most satisfying award because everyone in the team owns it.”
Both Daniel and Tim Foote, Principal from Belle Property Mosman, spoke about the rich culture of the Belle Property network in their acceptance speeches – a sentiment that resonated throughout the room as all the offices supported one another with an enthusiasm and energy that was electric.
“I was extremely proud to see almost 500 of our team come together to celebrate what a wonderful year 2015 had been,” says Peter. “ELEVATE and Belle of the Ball highlighted and celebrated the culture and the people who make Belle Property such a great company – one I am truly proud to be part of.”
This year saw Belle Property’s annual conference change format from previous years to the highly successful two-day conference which was made up of a series of keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops and Q&A sessions.
Highlights of ELEVATE included keynote speakers Mark Bouris, who spoke with a raw grit about action and accountability, Matt Church, who honed in on leadership, personal growth and development, Dr. Fred Grosse, who highlighted the importance of being in the moment and the ideal week, whilst Michael Sheargold reiterated the importance of the Five A’s (Awareness, Acceptance, Action, Accountability, and Acknowledgment).
Peter took to the stage with the key message of customer service and how you make people feel at its core. He also led a Q&A session with Andrew Rechtman, Executive General Manager - Residential from REA, delving into topics around REA’s future, product offering, and pricing structure. The popular guest panel of Belle Property Principals spoke to planning, customer service and being market relevant, using their own personal stories which resonated with the room.
Reiterating the rich culture that’s centred on a beautiful brand, Belle of the Ball and ELEVATE reflected how the network has grown and Belle Property’s commitment to building and developing the network as a whole.
