Sydney duo lay further claim to Lower North Shore.

Belle Property is backing the principals of its Neutral Bay and Cammeray offices to lead the brand’s expansion into Crows Nest.

Mark Jackson and Matthew Smythe report a growing number of inquiries for property in the inner-city locale, driving enough business to warrant a new outpost serving the neighbourhood as well as Naremburn, North Sydney, Wollstonecraft, and Waverton.

“Through our established offices in Neutral Bay and Cammeray, we have been seeing ever-increasing interest and activity from buyers, vendors, renters, and investors in the Crows Nest area,” Mr Jackson said.

“Situated only five kilometres north of Sydney CBD, Crows Nest has a superb location, a vibrant village feel, and a lifestyle highly sought-after by people of all ages and life stages,” he added.

The duo are banking on the new Sydney Metro station set to open in the neighbourhood in 2024 as a driver of sustained strength, as well as a sign that the area is in for some changes.

“We’re looking forward to working with the community to shape the future of this sought-after Sydney enclave,” Mr Jackson said.

Mr Smythe said that their team’s expertise in neighbouring areas made Crows Nest a natural fit for expansion.

“Our team live, work and breathe the Lower North Shore market – we’re hyperlocal and highly accessible to the community, providing tailored and personal customer service and coverage via our three offices and the wider Belle Property network.

“As firmly established local property experts with plenty of runs on the board, we’re committed to bringing our extensive experience and in-depth market knowledge to Crows Nest to help buyers, sellers, renters, and investors maximise their next property move,” Mr Smythe said.

Belle Property chief executive Peter Hanscomb agreed that Crows Nest was a good strategic move, with the area only continuing to grow in desirability.

He expressed his confidence the team would mirror the success they’ve achieved so far in this new venture.

“They have already achieved big milestones and made an impact with their nearby Neutral Bay office, and we’re looking forward to supporting them to expand their reach and achieve great things in the Crows Nest market.”
