McGrath Charlestown and McGrath Hunter Valley rebrands to Belle Property

16 July 2018 - Two leading McGrath offices in the Hunter region - Charlestown and Hunter Valley - joined Belle Property on 16 July 2018, strengthening the brand's presence in a market that is seeing significant growth.

Principal Anthony Di Nardo saw a gap in the local market for a brand that offers a more personalised and tailored approach but with the backing of a full suite of real estate services.

“We wanted to create a better experience for our clients,” said Anthony. “The Belle Property brand is progressive, accessible and flexible and we truly believe that the systems, processes and beautiful marketing that Belle Property has is the right fit for us and our clients.”

Drivers of innovation and change, Charlestown and Hunter Valley are well-established businesses, with Matthew McBrearty, Peter Kunov and Larissa Bridge leading the teams of high-performing sales agents and property managers.

Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property said the opening of Charlestown and Hunter Valley offices was as much aout the people as it was about the location.
