Honouring Belle Property’s best and brightest in NSW and ACT.

On Monday 22 August, leading premium real estate brand Belle Property celebrated the achievements of its New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory network at its annual state awards held at Sydney’s International Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

Taking place in-person for the first time since 2019, the ceremony saw a wide range of awards given out across the categories of sales, leasing, property management, customer experience, auctions, administration and business development. 

In the sales agent category John Sbisa from Belle Property St George took out the prize for most transactions, with Helen Wilson from Belle Property Crows Nest carrying off the highest agent GCI award. Team Nick Duchatel from Belle Property Dee Why won two team awards for highest transactions and GCI. 

Belle Property Hunter Valley, East Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Stephens together placed first for multi-office transactions, while the award for highest multi-office GCI went to Belle Property Dee Why, Manly, Mona Vale and Terrey Hills collectively. 

Darren Kay and Nicole Kay from Belle Property Illawarra were together awarded first place for transactions in the principals category, with Illawarra also receiving the top award for office transactions.  

At the same time, Belle Property Neutral Bay carried off the trophy for highest office GCI in the state, and Belle Property Dee Why’s Brendan Pomponio placed top in the principals category for highest GCI. 

Belle Property Canberra was named both Auction Office and Leasing Team of the Year, with team member Rachel Hooper announced Business Development Manager of the Year award for value. Meanwhile, Belle Property Parramatta’s George Kollias won Business Development Manager of the Year for transactions. 

Administrator of the Year went to Stefanie Camilleri from Belle Property Randwick. 

CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb congratulated this year’s award winners, saying: "A round of applause to everyone in NSW and ACT for their collectively exceptional results these past 12 months. And a big thank you too to all those behind the scenes whose support is instrumental to the success of our  sales and property management teams.  

“Thanks to the abundance of skill, talent and commitment to high-quality service we have seen represented across the state at this year’s awards, I am confident we can expect to see similarly high levels of achievement in the coming 12 months, and our network progressing from strength to strength as a result,” added Peter.
