Famous Mary Poppins town opens new Belle Property office.

Boutique real estate brand, Belle Property, today announced the opening of its new office in Maryborough under the leadership of long-term residents and real estate veterans, Tina Bettles and Sean Coulton.

Comment Tina and Sean: “Our dream was to offer a prestigious service with a reputable brand. The boutique nature of Belle Property and its reputation for high-quality service and marketing is ideal for our beautiful Maryborough properties.”

“Sean and I feel our responsibilities and nurture our clients through the home sales process,” remarked Tina. “We actively look for buyers to match to sellers. And the Belle Property brand will help us attract buyers looking for quality service and great properties.”

Maryborough, just three hours north of Brisbane on the Fraser Coast, was once touted as the capital of Queensland. Devotees of Mary Poppins will know the author of the books, Pamela Lyndon Travers, was born in Maryborough – the town celebrates her work with an annual festival each July.

A thriving town, Maryborough is blessed with gracious colonial buildings and many classic Queenslanders that garner intense interest when they hit the market.

Notes Sean, “Affordable and attractive, particularly to families and retirees migrating from the southern states, Maryborough’s property market is still the strongest we’ve seen, although buyers are taking more time as the market stabilises.”

Belle Property’s untarnished reputation was a major attraction. And, observes Sean, “Number one are the magazines, Sitchu and Belle. The quality is superior to anything else out there and the magazines demonstrate what the Belle Property brand is all about. The Belle Property presence in niche boutique markets, the exceptional marketing and the broad digital reach, from national to international, will set our Belle Property Maryborough agency apart from the rest.

“Our lifestyle property clients will have confidence in our brand and know we can achieve the highest prices for them.” Both principals have nothing but praise for the Belle Property head office team, sharing, “They’re on this journey with us and we feel very supported.“

Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, is delighted to have Sean and Tina on board in Maryborough. “Tina and Sean epitomise the Belle Property brand with their attention to detail and high-quality service, putting their clients’ interests in top place. With their leadership, I’m confident they will expand on their successes in the important Fraser Coast market.”
