Belle Property’s top performers celebrated at national awards night

Belle Property’s high achievers were celebrated at its annual awards night this week, with broad representation of winners from across the brand’s national footprint.

Simon Harrison from Belle Property Lane Cove and Hunters Hill in NSW took out No. 1 Principal; while No.1 Agent (GCI) went to Tony O’Doherty from Belle Property Bulimba in QLD and No. 1 Agent (Transactions) to Andrew Oostenbrink from Belle Property Carindale in QLD.

“We are incredibly proud of Simon Harrison and what he and his team at Belle Property Hunters Hill and Lane Cove have achieved. He is a leader in our network and a true asset to his teams and business,” said Peter Hanscomb, Belle Property CEO.

“It is also brilliant to see our Queensland based agents leading the charge. Tony O’Doherty only joined Belle Property 18 months ago and his impact in this time is tremendously impressive.”

Belle Property Dee Why – a consistent strong performer, took out several awards landing No. 1 Office (GCI), No. 2 Agent (GCI) Nick Duchatel, No. 4 Principal (GCI) Brendan Pomponio, as well as Office Manager of the Year, Jodie Loveday, and Business Development Manager of the Year (Value),  Lauren Bridges who has won the award for the past three years in a row.

“Dee Why has been a strong presence in our network for a number of years and it is wonderful to see their continued success, especially in their administration and property management departments which have gone from strength to strength,” said Peter.

While the property market has faced its challenges over the past 12 months, overall, Belle Property’s performance has remained consistent and its business continues to grow and expand; the brand merging with Victorian-based hockingstuart, earlier this year.

“The past twelve months has been a period of growth and progress for Belle Property. Our offices have continued to perform at the top of their game and now with our peers in Victoria, we are set to become an even stronger force in the Australian property landscape,” said Peter.

“We have always been a network of high performers, and a network that genuinely celebrates and encourages each other’s success. As we turn over this new leaf in Victoria, I very much look forward to seeing our business continue to evolve and lead from the front.”
