Belle Property’s National Awards Night Shines a Spotlight on Two Leading Offices

9 August 2018 - Two of Belle Property’s leading offices, Bondi Junction and Dee Why, stole the show at Belle Property’s National Awards night in Sydney this week.

Dominating the night was Bondi Junction Principal, Edward Brown, who took home three prestigious awards; No. 1 Principal, No. 1 Transactions and No. 1 Office – a first for the Belle Property network.

“We are incredibly proud of what Edward Brown, Daniel Gillespie and the entire Bondi Junction team have achieved this year,” said Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property. “Bondi Junction won No. 1 Office in 2016, so to see them achieve these results yet again shows the true value of team work.”

Ranked in REB’s Top 100 Agents earlier this year,Edward is the youngest Principal to win No. 1 Principal in the Belle Property network. And to take out No. 1 Transactions in one of the most competitive marketplaces in the country, is a testament to not only Edward’s work ethic, but also to his direct team who have worked diligently to sell more individual houses than anyone else in the network.

Amplifying this is Edward’s Executive Assistant, Michelle Stubbings, who also won the Personal Assistant/Team Leader of the Year Award.

Belle Property Dee Why was also a strong force at the awards night with Nick Duchatel being named the No. 1 Sales Agent for the second year running, whilst Lauren Bridges and Kristelle Yeomans dominated the Property Management categories.

Lauren was awarded Business Development Manager of the Year in both highest gross commission and highest number of new business transactions, and Kristelle was awarded Property Manager of the Year – Large Portfolio.

“Dee Why’s wolfpack mentality, strong office culture and dedication to achieving outstanding results gained them a lot of recognition last night, especially in property management,” said Peter.

In a market that has seen many businesses and agents go backwards in overall performance, the Belle Property network has statistically grown year on year, which is an incredible achievement.

“The past twelve months has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be prouder of the group of people we have in our business,” said Peter. “We have a network that strives to work together and who genuinely enjoy seeing success in all levels of the business. Last night’s awards showcased that synergy and unified culture. I’m excited to see what the next twelve months bring to our group and our people.”
