A seasoned professional with seven years of real estate experience and deep local knowledge, Mandeep began his career as an independent agent at Belle Property Cornubia. He later branched out to open his own office, Belle Property Rochedale. Now, proud to have come full circle, Mandeep returns to lead Belle Property Cornubia — bringing renewed energy and community focus, underpinned by strong negotiation skills and trusted local expertise. 

Since opening Belle Property Rochedale in 2021, Mandeep has been recognised as the Number 1 Principal for Transactions in Queensland for three consecutive years (2023–2025), and as the Number 1 Principal for Gross Commission Income in Queensland in 2025.
