Belle Property represented House 1 on The Block declared Australia’s most wanted home.

Following their first Room Reveal win for their master bedroom and walk-in robe, The Block contestants, Tom and Sarah-Jane, have attracted intense interest in the property after it was revealed to be domain.com.au’s most viewed property online for the week.

Freshly launched to the market and with just five images of the property available for buyers to view, the country chic home at 191 McGeorge Road in Gisborne has been described as awe-inspiring by Belle Property sales agents Natalie Fagan and Ashlee McKee, who are representing Tom and Sarah-Jane.

As well as being the week’s most clicked property on domain.com.au nationally, the couple has received added praise from judge Darren Palmer, who has labelled them as the team to beat on auction day.

Speaking on The Block Official Podcast, Darren told Shelley Craft he believes Tom and Sarah-Jane’s cohesive vision for the end product sets them apart from their competitors.

“They have done such great rooms and they have consistently been right up there in terms of finishes and designs. They are really front-runners in this competition, as far as I am concerned.” Said Darren.

Agents Natalie Fagan and Ashlee McKee say they have fielded enquiries from serious buyers, even though the show is just a third of the way through.

“Tom and Sarah are creating something extraordinary and have connected with buyers. House 1 has already been declared a standout and we can’t wait to show Australia more of this spectacular country home as the weeks go on.” Said Natalie.

David Wood from Belle Property Albert Park is returning as Tom and Sarah-Jane's auctioneer for his 12th season on the show.

Five homes were moved to the site for the renovations, providing contestants with a blank canvas to create their luxurious country dream homes. In keeping with the rural location, sustainability is a major theme this year, with all the homes off-grid and boasting a seven-star energy rating, along with a 1 million litre water tank, geothermal heating and cooling, solar power and wastewater recycling.
