The team behind Belle Property Parramatta is solidifying its reach by opening a new Carlingford office led by Thomas Perram, Carlingford’s top selling #1 ranked agent.
A born and bred Carlingford resident who is now raising his own family in the area, Thomas will step up as principal of the new office which will service the northeast region of Parramatta’s LGA.
Notes Thomas, “I’ve always sold in the Carlingford area. This new office enables me to better service clients in Carlingford and North Rocks whilst strengthening our existing presence in Beecroft, West Pennant Hills and Cheltenham. It also better connects with our existing team in Dundas Valley and Ermington.”
He adds, “My move from an independent Carlingford agency to Belle Property Parramatta five years ago was predicated on the opportunities and greater reach offered by the Belle Property brand and the support of a much larger team.”
Carlingford residents will welcome the return of Thomas to be physically located in the suburb, making the premium Belle Property brand more accessible to clients locally.
