Belle Property names their top NSW/ACT agents at virtual awards night

Held virtually for the first time, the Belle Property annual awards night celebrated the exceptional talent and achievements of all its people across Belle Property NSW/ACT; from residential sales to property management and all the staff who support them.

It was the night of nights for Brendan Pomponio and his team from Belle Property Dee Why & Mona Vale. Brendan took home the National and the NSW/ACT's No. 1 Principal, the National and the NSW/ACT No. 1 Office (Dee Why), and the CEO Award. From Belle Property Dee Why, Nick Duchatel won the National and the NSW/ACT No. 1 Agent. At the same time, Amelia Wrightson from Belle Property Mona Vale was awarded the NSW/ACT Property Manager of the Year (Small Portfolio).

The regional centres across the states were also well-represented with Belle Property Kingston being awarded No. 1 Office in Transactions and the Office Auction Award. Respectively, Anthony Di Nardo from Belle Property Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley & Newcastle took home the No. 1 Agent & Principal Transactions Award both nationally and in NSW/ACT.

"There is an incredible amount of talent across our NSW/ACT Belle Property offices, and they have really stepped up to the plate this past year despite all the challenges that have been thrown their way," said Head of NSW/ACT, Andrew Robinson.

Brendan Pomponio, whose achievements were a highlight of the night, has fostered a team of young talent. Nick Duchatel, who has been with the company for five years, has consistently ranked in the Top 10 at the annual Belle Property awards night.

And while Sydney metro areas continue to thrive, it's the regional areas that have really shone bright with nearly half of the Top 10 across multiple categories being located in regional centres. Leading the charge is Belle Property Kingston in the ACT and Anthony Di Nardo from Belle Property Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley & Newcastle in NSW.

"The growth our regional offices have been experiencing is phenomenal, and as they continue to nurture their teams, we are excited to see the continued successes from our regional hubs," said Andrew.

Congratulations to all the winners and the teams that support them.
