Belle Property Manly expands into Wellington Point

26 February 2019 – After building Bayside’s market leading real estate business in Manly, highly regarded and well-respected Principal David Lazarus has announced he is opening his second Belle Property agency in Wellington Point.

Focused on growing his business through empowering his team and providing exceptional customer service, David’s Manly business has gone from strength to strength.

“We have been operating in the Bayside area across Manly, Wynnum and Lota for a number of years and have built strong relationships with our customers. However, our clients’ interests are expanding along a broader stretch of the Bayside region,” said David.

“We wanted to open in Wellington Point, so we were geographically close to Manly, but expanding far enough into other suburbs; Birkdale, Thorneside, etc, so we could continue to service the needs of our current customers, while bringing our unique customer service approach to new clients in the area.”

David said the expansion into Wellington Point is also a strategic move as the area is booming with interest locally and across the shores.

“Wellington Point and the entire Bayside area is growing rapidly, attracting residents from across the country and even abroad. The lifestyle of the area is hard to beat when you consider you could have a waterfront home overlooking Stradbroke Island, whilst being only 20 minutes from Brisbane Airport or 16km from Brisbane CBD,” he said.

“The Bayside area has also become a haven for working families because Byron Bay, Noosa and Tamborine National Park are all on your doorstep, which means you don’t have to go very far for a family getaway or to get away from the hustle and bustle of the 9-5.”
