Belle Property celebrates its top Queensland talent.
On Tuesday 9 August, leading premium real estate brand Belle Property celebrated the achievements of its Queensland network at its annual state awards held at Brisbane’s Cloudland.
Taking place in-person for the first time since 2019, the ceremony saw a wide range of awards given out across the categories of sales, leasing, property management, customer experience, auctions, administration and business development.
Belle Property Bulimba took home a swag of awards on the night, including highest office GCI and Auction Office of the Year. Principal Tony O'Doherty came in first for highest principal transactions and GCI, and also carried off the individual auction award. Several Bulimba team members also enjoyed success on the night including Andrea Pitcher (Property Manager of the Year), Kate Bailey (Business Development Manager of the Year by Value) and Darcy Lord, whose team won for highest transactions and GCI.
Belle Property Townsville Beaches and City placed first for multi-office transactions, with their own Sean Breitkreutz winning for highest sales agent transactions. Also in the multi-office category, Belle Property Manly and Wellington Point won for highest GCI.
Georgie Haug from Belle Property Samford was announced the state’s premier agent for GCI, with the award for most office transactions going to Belle Property Cairns.
Belle Property Coorparoo took home eight awards on the night, including customer experience awards for property management at an office and individual level, and Property Management Team of the Year. Coorparoo’s Scott Thomas was named Business Development Manager of the Year for transactions.
Belle Property Cornubia won Customer Experience Sales Office of the Year and Leasing Team of the Year, with team member Melinda Lee-Ball recognised as Customer Experience Sales Agent of the Year.
