Belle Property celebrates its star performers in SA.
On Tuesday 2 August, leading premium real estate brand Belle Property celebrated the achievements of its South Australian offices and agents at its annual state awards night held at Adelaide’s National Wine Centre.
Held in-person for the first time since 2019, the ceremony saw a wide range of awards given out across the categories of sales, leasing, property management, customer experience, auctions, administration and business development.
Throughout the night, Belle Property Norwood and Belle Property Glenelg went head-to-head in several categories, with Belle Property Glenelg carrying off awards for placing top in office transactions and GCI, closely tailed in second place by Belle Property Norwood and Belle Property Adelaide third.
Rhys Digance from Belle Property Glenelg also had a bumper ceremony, taking out the awards for most transactions and highest GCI in the residential sales agent category. Hot on his heels was Glenelg colleague David Ferrari, who placed second in both categories, closely followed by Belle Property Norwood’s Eric Jem.
At the same time, Josh Hunt from Belle Property Unley was awarded South Australia's Business Development Manager of the Year for both transactions and dollar value.
