Belle Property bolsters Melbourne foothold with Berwick expansion.

A new Belle Property office is opening its doors in Berwick, as the boutique real estate agency looks to boost its presence in Melbourne.

The newest office is located 40 kilometres south-east of Melbourne’s central business district and will be servicing the suburbs of Berwick, Beaconsfield, Guys Hill, Narre Warren North and Harkaway, according to the real estate firm.

Belle Property also announced that the newly launched site would be helmed by Anne Haynes, who previously operated under the Ray White brand.

Commenting on the launch, Belle Property chief executive Peter Hanscomb said: “We’re thrilled to expand our network of Melbourne offices to the south-east with the opening of Belle Property Berwick, especially when we have such a well-respected leader in the local real estate market as Anne Haynes as principal.”

He also expressed his confidence in Ms Haynes’ capabilities in leading the charge of the brand’s latest push in the Victorian capital.

“Anne’s approach to real estate echoes what Belle Property stands for, namely a commitment to quality over quantity while operating with integrity and always putting clients’ interests first to deliver the outstanding results on their sale,” he stated.

Mr Hanscomb added:  “Under her expert leadership, I have every confidence we will see Belle Property Berwick fast become a leading light in the local market, while further bolstering our brand’s position in the wider Victorian real estate industry as a whole.”

Ms Haynes said that her longstanding admiration for the premium brand played a vital role in her opening a new office under Belle Property’s banner.

“I feel proud and privileged to join such a renowned brand and bring its boutique offerings to our area,” she stated.

She also enumerated her reasons for choosing to align with Belle Property for her latest real estate venture. “[From] an organisational perspective, its leadership and head office team embrace a positive, supportive and highly ethical approach to franchise owners,” Ms Haynes stated.

She explained the strategic motivation for choosing Berwick as the latest Belle Property office location.

Ms Haynes cited the high demand for property in the local area, evidenced by the solid 17 per cent growth in median house prices in the last 12-month period.

She also highlighted that Berwick offers properties ranging from homes on acreages and large blocks to newly built townhouses, which are attractive to a wide demographic mix that includes families, working professionals and first home buyers.

“We are confident we will be able to meet the needs of the market while providing unrivalled reach for our clients through Belle’s unique brand offerings,” Ms Haynes stated.
