ACTON, Belle Property and Hockingstuart celebrate the year that was at their national awards .

On Monday 22 August, the ACTON, Belle Property and Hockingstuart brands collectively celebrated the accomplishments of its national network at its annual award ceremony held at Sydney’s International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Held in-person for the first time since 2019, the ceremony saw a wide range of awards given out across the categories of sales, property management, marketing, customer experience, auctions, administration and business development, with a number of new agents announced as Platinum and Titanium Elite Agents for achieving significant sales milestones over the past year.

The first award of the evening went to Calvin Lai, Principal of Belle Property Adelaide City and Norwood, who received the 2022 CEO Award in recognition of his contributions to the business over the past year.

In the residential sales agent category, the award for highest volume of agent transactions went to David Parlor from ACTON Rockingham, with Georgie Haug of Belle Property Samford carrying off the trophy for highest individual agent GCI.

Team Nick Duchatel from Belle Property Dee Why took out both awards in the agent team category, for highest transactions and GCI. Leading the charge in the principals category was Belle Property Bulimba's Tony O’Doherty who took out the awards for highest transactions and GCI. ACTON Mandura took out the top spot for transactions in the residential office sales category, with Belle Property Bulimba winning for highest office GCI.

Belle Property Illawarra, Hockingstuart Preston and ACTON COOGEE were announced the winners for their respective brands in this year’s new Brand and Marketing Award category, while at the same time Anthony Butler from Maker Advisory was named Buyers Agent of the Year.

Commercial Office of the Year went to Belle Property Commercial Adelaide, and taking out the top office award in the Escapes category was Belle Property Escapes Cairns. Belle Property Neutral Bay was awarded Property Management Team of the Year.

Belle Property Hornsby was announced Customer Experience Sales Office of the Year, with Belle Property Blue Mountains named Customer Experience Office of the Year for Property Management.

Following on from the network’s state awards in QLD, SA, VIC and NSW CEO Peter Hanscomb was similarly impressed with the achievements of this year’s national award winners.

“Like at all our state awards, it has again been an honour to see the incredible breadth and depth of talent across our family of brands on show at this year’s national awards. Heartfelt congratulations to all of this year’s winners, and a big thank you as well to all the many staff who support them behind the scenes.

“I’m so proud of our network’s achievements this past year, which with the recent addition of leading Western Australian brand, ACTON, now totals over 165 offices nationally. I look forward to seeing our results over the next 12 months, which, given everyone’s commitment to growth and going over and above to deliver a premium result for our clients, I’m sure will surpass even this year’s,” Peter said.
