Mia developed an interest in real estate at an early age, which was further shaped by her previous experience working in a real estate office in Tasmania. That experience confirmed her desire to build a long-term career in the industry, with a clear goal of progressing into sales.

Having lived in Airlie Beach for 15 years, Mia knows the local community well. After taking two years to travel and explore Tasmania, she has returned home ready to settle down and focus on her future goals. With her family all based locally, she has strong ties to the area and a genuine appreciation for the Whitsundays lifestyle.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys travelling, and making the most of Airlie Beach’s beautiful coastline. Approachable, organised, and enthusiastic, Mia is a valued part of the team and a trusted first point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.
