 As Director and Head of Property Management, I oversee the strategic growth, performance, and direction of our property management division. My background spans senior executive roles across the property, management-rights, strata, and development sectors, where I have managed large residential and short-stay portfolios, led high-volume letting operations, guided development and investment strategy, and negotiated complex commercial and management agreements.
 
Before moving into senior leadership, I founded a property advisory firm specialising in feasibility assessments, acquisitions, and developer consulting. Earlier experience across body corporate, resorts, hotels, and high-density building operations strengthened my expertise in complex scheme management, compliance, and large-scale asset performance.
 
I’m committed to delivering a property management service that is proactive, transparent, and commercially minded. My focus is on strengthening our letting performance, optimising returns for clients, and ensuring every property is managed with the highest level of care. By leveraging our extensive network of investors, developers, and industry partners, we’re able to create opportunities that add real value. I work closely with our team on all management matters, providing strategic oversight so our clients receive consistent, high-quality results and a genuinely seamless experience across the Gold Coast.
