Sunlight streams across the woodgrain joinery of the bar, storage and display units, while wide-plank engineered European oak timber flooring, concealed shelf lighting and a natural stone plinth evoke a warm yet minimalist aesthetic. This timeless direction continues in the kitchen where the natural stone of the benchtop meets extensive joinery, as well as luxe details in the brushed nickel cupboard pulls and tapware. Architecture "We find a collaborative design process ensures a holistic design outcome that unites each element, from the site's context and landscape to the built form and the experience within. Our interior design philosophy was to establish an authentic approach to sophisticated spaces. Each residence is individually crafted through practical spatial planning, abundant natural light, refined materiality, bespoke detailing and premium fixtures and fittings. A cohesive family of bespoke interior elements brings a seamlessness to the spaces within each 58 Beach residence, lending a sense of sanctuary to the bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms are framed by joinery and feature broadloom tufted plush pile carpet underfoot, with a walk-in robe in the master suite and built-in robes in additional bedrooms. The option of a dresser includes a natural stone benchtop and full-height mirror. The use of stone textures continues in the bathrooms, where practical design meets quiet luxury. Feature wall lighting and concealed integrated lighting provide illumination, while upgrade options include free-standing baths and heated towel rails. Joinery and stone benchtops also feature in the built-in study zones, along with integrated task lighting, overhead storage cupboards and open shelving. Interior Design "The textures and tones of the interiors were selected using the façade palette and surrounding environment as a source of inspiration. Harmonious continuity in the design language flows throughout the interior in both form and materiality. Layers of organic pattern and texture exude warmth and richness with abundant joinery, feature stone, artisanal finishes, and pure wool carpet, translating coastal cues into contemporary design. From wraparound courtyards to multiple terraces and wide beachfront vistas, the outdoor spaces of 58 Beach have been carefully planned to celebrate the local environment and its topographical position above the water level.
