Luxury Living in Stage 1

Positioned on an expansive 741m² allotment within the tightly held Stage 1 pocket of Eynesbury, this former Donna Homes display residence is a showcase of architectural excellence, thoughtful design, and premium craftsmanship. Every element has been carefully curated to deliver a lifestyle of sophistication, comfort, and effortless functionality. From the moment you arrive, the home makes a lasting impression. High ceilings and solid hardwood flooring create a seamless sense of space, enhanced by feature niches and bespoke lighting throughout. The front lounge offers a cosy yet refined retreat, complete with a gas log fireplace and statement pendant lighting-perfect for relaxed winter evenings. A dedicated study with custom built-in cabinetry provides a quiet and practical workspace, while the master suite delivers true retreat-style living. Featuring elegant wainscoting, a ceiling fan, and dual robes with glass-panel doors, the suite is complemented by a luxurious ensuite with stone benchtops, twin vanities, and premium finishes. Three additional bedrooms are generously proportioned, each with mirrored sliding robes, ceiling fans, and individual feature walls. They are serviced by a striking central bathroom showcasing a floating stone vanity and upgraded basins, wall panelling, and a freestanding bath set on a raised platform. A separate powder room adds further convenience for family and guests. At the heart of the home, a breath taking cathedral-pitched ceiling crowns the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining zone. Expansive windows flood the space with natural light, while built-in bench seating invites you to pause and enjoy the garden outlooks. In-built cabinetry and shelving enhance both form and function, while ducted heating, evaporative cooling, and a split-system air conditioner ensure year-round comfort. Designed with entertaining in mind, the kitchen is both beautiful and practical. A waterfall-edged stone island extends through a bi-fold servery to the alfresco, accompanied by a 900mm oven, undermount sinks, and a fully equipped butler's pantry with additional bench space, shelving, and storage. Outdoor living is equally impressive. The alfresco zone features a complete outdoor kitchen with stone benchtops, under-bench oven, twin bar fridges, rangehood, ceiling fan, and strip heating-ideal for year-round entertaining. Beyond, a dedicated firepit area framed by established trees creates a relaxed social setting, while a private courtyard draped in flowering wisteria offers a peaceful retreat. The double garage is a standout feature in itself. Fully insulated, carpeted, and fitted with downlights, it overlooks the courtyard through large timber windows and offers separate keyless entry. Currently utilised as a gym and wellness retreat, it presents outstanding flexibility as a teenage haven, home business, or additional living space. A generous driveway provides ample off-street parking for multiple vehicles. Get to know the area.

Located approx. 44km west of Melbourne, between Melton in the north and Wyndham to the south, Eynesbury is a developing township on the Werribee River. The traditional owners of the land are the Wadawurrung People, while the first European settlers were the Staughton family in 1841 from the town of the same name in the UK just north of London. They settled on 101,000 acres, with a 30,600-acre subdivision creating the township of Melton in 1852. Some 20 years later, it was further divided to create Exford, Nerowie and Staughton Vale.
