When Luxury and Quality Counts

Spacious, refined and thoughtfully enhanced, this near-new residence delivers a level of sophistication rarely seen, even within a community renowned for its design excellence. Just two years young, the home combines contemporary style with carefully considered upgrades, offering four distinct living zones, bespoke joinery and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces-all designed to meet the evolving needs of modern family living. At the heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen showcases both form and function. Equipped with dual SMEG wall ovens, a five-burner gas cooktop, undermount sinks and an oversized island bench, it is perfectly appointed for both everyday living and entertaining. Stone benchtops and premium cabinetry provide a refined finish, while plantation shutters add timeless character. A fully fitted butler's pantry seamlessly connects to the walk-in pantry and laundry, ensuring exceptional storage and organisation. Designed with flexibility in mind, the home offers multiple living zones to suit every occasion. A separate front lounge creates an ideal retreat or formal sitting area, while the expansive open-plan living and dining zone is anchored by custom inbuilt cabinetry and a gas log fireplace, forming a warm and inviting central hub. Upstairs, a third living area offers further versatility-perfect for teenagers, extended family or a private escape. Floating timber floors add warmth underfoot, while dual stacker doors extend the living outdoors to a decked alfresco, framed by landscaped gardens and a dedicated fire pit zone-perfect for year-round entertaining. The master suite presents a true sanctuary, complete with dual walk-in robes, a private lounge retreat and a luxurious spa ensuite featuring stone finishes, an oversized shower and double vanity. A private balcony captures peaceful views across the Grey Box Forest, offering a serene space to unwind. Additional bedrooms are generously proportioned and serviced by a stylish central bathroom, ensuring comfort for the entire family. Further enhancing the home is an impressive list of upgrades and inclusions, including a Henley build with a 10-year structural guarantee (2023), custom cabinetry throughout, a fully fitted butler's pantry, walk-in pantry and laundry, stone surfaces across all wet areas, sheer curtains and plantation shutters, a gas log fireplace, and a double lock-up garage with rear and side access. An electric front fence, storage solutions including multiple linen cupboards and under-stair space, as well as a landscaped backyard with a fire pit, complete this exceptional offering. Positioned moments from the scenic walking trails of Grey Box Forest and the Eynesbury Golf Course, the home is immersed in natural beauty while remaining connected to future convenience. The forthcoming Eynesbury Village town centre-set to include Coles, dining, medical and childcare facilities-further enhances the lifestyle appeal. Homes of this calibre are rarely offered. This is a unique opportunity to secure a near-new residence where quality, space and thoughtful design come together seamlessly, ready to be enjoyed from the moment you arrive. Get to know the area.

Located approx. 44km west of Melbourne, between Melton in the north and Wyndham to the south, Eynesbury is a developing township on the Werribee River. The traditional owners of the land are the Wadawurrung People, while the first European settlers were the Staughton family in 1841 from the town of the same name in the UK just north of London. They settled on 101,000 acres, with a 30,600-acre subdivision creating the township of Melton in 1852. Some 20 years later, it was further divided to create Exford, Nerowie and Staughton Vale.
