Adding 12 years’ experience to our highly qualified property management team, Lisa Richards is a force to be reckoned with. Known for dotting her i’s and crossing her t’s, Lisa’s attention to detail is second to none, and she is a beacon of knowledge across every aspect of property management.

Another side of Lisa is her seemingly endless well of warmth and kindness, never judging others and always a trusted point of contact for her clients. Her enthusiasm is contagious and brings joy to those around her, and paired with her outgoing personality and unwavering focus make her a valuable member of our close-knit team.

Lisa also recognises the importance of developing long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. She considers herself to be a problem solver which is what drives and motivates her daily. ‘Every day there is a different problem to solve, it keeps the day interesting and provides satisfaction once the issue is resolved’ she explains.
