Caitlin Attard is a natural born problem-solver; she’s also one to watch on the busy Belle Terrigal team, where she supports Baraka Leporte in all facets of residential property sales.
Caitlin comes to the position from the airline and hospitality industries where her talent for organisation, communication and teamwork were consistently rewarded by her employers – she was entrusted with training and development of new hires in the highly competitive airline sector over the last seven years.
She brings that same skill set to residential sales, where on any given day Caitlin will be driving the marketing campaigns and organizing photographers, floor-planners and copywriters, while liaising with vendors, buyers and conveyances throughout the sales process.
A Terrigal native who knows the area like the back of her hand, Caitlin has an innate appreciation for the beauty of the Central Coast and the laid-back lifestyle around the exquisite local beaches; she’s a natural fit for Belle and the premium brand it represents.
