We place high importance on the growth and success of our network, with our team of experts at Head Office delivering mentoring, coaching and support with marketing, operations, technology and training to over 170 offices across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.

In addition to providing day-to-day business support to our franchises, we help position them for success via our professional development division, The Academy. This enables us to deliver high-level coaching, training, support and inspiration to principals, agents, property managers and support staff at every stage of their career, with expert trainers sharing their knowledge, ability and techniques via online resources, workshops and coaching programs.

Franchises are also supported by our large national marketing team which provides specialist support with corporate, office, agent and vendor marketing, while also acting as overall brand custodian.
