About the Role

* Manage and grow your own sales pipeline
* Prospect, list, and sell residential property
* Deliver exceptional service to vendors and buyers
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence
* Represent the Acton | Belle Property brand with professionalism and integrity

The successful candidate will have:

* Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
* Current WA real estate registration
* Strong drive, work ethic, and hunger for success
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Professional presentation and strong local market knowledge (preferred)
