This is an incredible opportunity to join the regions finest boutique Real Estate brand.  Working within the Sales Department and part of a team of three admin specialists, the role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and is fully supported by Belle's processes and procedures.


  • Administrative support to sales department
  • On-boarding of new property listings
  • Prepare digital proposals
  • Complete settlement process
  • Maintain client database

Experience & Skills:

  • Min 2 years experience in a similar real estate or legal admin role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience with Agent box, proposal point and realhub an advantage
